Code of Conduct 1. Ethical Representation: - All members of Enigmatic Waves Inc., whether Employees, Testers, Contracted Artists, Members, or Users, etc., are expected to represent themselves to the best of their abilities and/or at the highest quality of professionalism at all times. 2. Quality and Ethical Standards: - Any work presented by employees and/or artist contractors must be of the highest quality, care, and quantity, in addition to meeting high humantiarian ethical standards. 3. Zero-Tolerance Policy: - There is a Zero-Tolerance policy against theft, abuse, racism, violence, and discriminatory behavior. - Deceitful activities, behavior, and/or acts such as plagiarism, lying, misrepresentation, fraud, extortion, and other untruthful conduct from any employee are strictly prohibited. 4. Community Prioritization: - By agreeing to this Code of Conduct, one is expected to prioritize the welfare and good of the community, including but not limited to Enigmatic Waves Inc. Users and their Members. 5. User Base Concern: - The highest level of regard and concern for our User and Member base must be exhibited at all times, with emphasis on promoting and creating artistic works that enhance their experience in a positive manner. - Extensive testing must be conducted to ensure safe and healthy practices in a Virtual Reality setting for our users and members to eliminate any possible risks that may negatively impact their experience. Any and all works that do not meet this required expectation will not be utilized within our community. 6. Non-Profit Responsibility: - Enigmatic Waves Inc. is committed to promoting the social, economic, and political empowerment of all individuals and communities to preserve fundamental democratic principles and rights. - Respect for the diversity of life in addition to maintaining a sustainable human and physical environment is paramount. 7. Honesty, Truthfulness, and Integrity: - All members of Enigmatic Waves Inc., whether Employees, Testers, Contracted Artists, Members, or Users, etc., are expected to act and represent themselves honestly, truthfully, and with integrity in all transactions and dealings. 8. Responsibility, Transparency, and Accountability: - All members of Enigmatic Waves Inc., whether Employees, Testers, Contracted Artists, Members, or Users, etc., are expected to be responsible, transparent, and accountable for all actions taken by oneself and under representation of Enigmatic Waves Inc. under the duration of their Contractual, User, or Membership agreement. - All members of Enigmatic Waves Inc., whether Employees, Testers, Contracted Artists, Members, or Users, etc., are expected to act accordingly with the commitment to improving the accountability, transparency, ethical conduct, and effectiveness of the Nonprofit field. By adhering to this Code of Conduct, all members of Enigmatic Waves Inc. community contribute to the Mission and Efforts of removing pollution from the ocean and rehabilitating it's aquatic life, while upholding the highest ethical standards to continue fostering a positive and inclusive community environment. Enigmatic Waves Inc. reserves the right to terminate any agreement, either membership or contractually based, that does not abide by the Code of Conduct as described.
